Last updated: July 2026

Tracker Sports AI (“Tracker,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of athletic departments, staff, and athletes whose data flows through our platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information.

Information we collect

We collect information in three categories:

How we use your information

We use collected information to:

We do not sell your data. We do not use your program's proprietary film or roster data to train models for other customers without explicit agreement.

Data storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We maintain SOC2 Type II compliance and follow NCAA-compliant data handling practices for collegiate athletic departments.

FERPA and student-athlete data

For programs subject to FERPA, Tracker operates as a service provider under the direction of the institution. Institutions retain ownership of student-athlete records. Contact your institution's compliance office for questions about data sharing agreements.

Data retention

We retain data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].

Third-party services

We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under contractual data protection terms. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Submit requests to [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
